AVR adjustment (factory has been adjusted, users only need to make the following adjustments when necessary):

SX440 functional features:
On the basis of SX460, the DR00P regulation and external TRIM adjustment (external power factor controller LSM206) are added, which is the most practical parallel AVR.
AVR is an automatic voltage regulator. It is the core component of a modern generator. The main stator of the generator provides power for the exciter magnetic field through the SX440, and the AVR is a control device for regulating the excitation current. AVR always feedback the voltage signals of the stator windings. By controlling the magnetic field of the low power exciter, the rectifier output power of the excitation electromechanical axis is adjusted, so as to control the magnetic field current of the main motor.
The SX440AVR ensures the voltage regulation by sensing the average voltage of the two phases. In addition, it is to monitor the engine speed is lower than the pre selected speed (Hz) setting, the corresponding output voltage is reduced, in order to prevent overexcitation low engine speeds and reduce the impact load, to reduce the burden on the engine.
